CES in Las Vegas
Date: January 08-11, 2019
Location: Las Vegas, USA
The Consumer Electronics Show (or CES) is one of the largest consumer technology exhibits in the world. It’s been happening in Las Vegas every year in January for more than 50 years. More than 4,400 companies gather every year to show off their new consumer-focused electronics and devices to more than 182,000 attendees.
The GPSWOX team was very excited to be able to make it to this year’s CES in Las Vegas, and it was an eye-opening experience. We were able to see the future of many consumer-facing devices, including amazing new breakthroughs in powerful GPS trackers and consumer smart trackers. These new devices have an even smaller size, better range, and ultra-low power usage compared to the best trackers available today.
Besides that, we were also able to witness new disruptive technology that will both help to revitalize everyday products, and revolutionize the way consumers go about their everyday lives. In fact, we weren’t able to stop gaping at each new device that we were able to interact with – a common occurrence at every CES.
But more than just being impressed, we were able to understand the direction in which the consumer GPS tracking market is heading down. This means that we’ll be even more prepared to help meet the needs of our users, so that they can continue to track their valuable goods and people with greater accuracy and peace of mind.
All in all, it was an amazing CES 2019 with valuable insights we can’t wait to implement at GPSWOX.
