Terms of usage
These terms and conditions of service represent the agreement between you and GPSWOX services.
General terms: Our company does not allow hidden tracking. You cannot use our service to track a person without their permission or the object without the owner`s permission; You cannot use GPSWOX services where such actions are illegal. It is only your responsibility to make sure that your use of GPS tracking does not violate local or state laws; You cannot send automatic requests to GPSWOX.com, try to mislead GPSWOX.com authentication measures, try to reverse engineer our software or our protocols, and be involved in activities which damage our systems; GPSWOX.com accounts are non-transferable and funds are not refundable for active accounts.
You agree to indemnify and hold GPSWOX.com, its affiliates, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and attorneys fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, and/or your violation of any other right of any person or entity.
Refund & Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with any GPSWOX software subscriptions/products, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Your refund will be subject to a processing charge of either $100 or payment for the first month of service (calculated at the Monthly Subscription rate), whichever is less. The refund does not apply to the Lifetime license; after the software is installed on the server.
Refunds requested more than 7 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was the result of a fraudulent purchase.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card or PayPal statement within 72 hours upon us notifying you. After receiving your refund, you agree to uninstall and/or stop using any GPSWOX software product(s) for which you no longer possess a valid license. GPSWOX reserves the right to disable the server, account, product keys or serial numbers issued for the refunded products.
If the item is broken or not working properly, you have up to 7 working days to contact us (in other instances the money will be not refunded). If you would like to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com and we will respond with the return address and an identifying number for you to enclose with the returned item. Please note: if you do not send email within 7 working days after your receive the order, we will not be able to process your return.
We will process your refund through PayPal after receiving the items providing they are unused and in a saleable condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the received item is defective or not working. Please note: buyer must send order back to GPSWOX via a postal service, which have tracking function.
All returned items will be subject to inspection. A full refund is only processed for buyers that return items unused and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, if a return is received in not a saleable condition and the packaging is broken, you will be charged 20% of the retail price of the item.
Changes to Terms of Service
GPSWOX.com has the right to change this Agreement at any time for any reason and post it on the GPSWOX.com website. If you use the GPSWOX service after a modified Agreement it poses as an acceptance of the new Agreement.
