All orders are shipped by Priority International Airmail. Tracking information is provided to all buyers after shipping.
Buyer is able to track order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Tracking number will be provided to you, and order can be tracked in our local Post office web page (all links will be given after shipping). When item will reach your local post office, you, also, be able to track item, in your local post office web page.
Please Note: It is not able to track order, when it is in transit. Only when order leave our warehouse and reach your local post office.

Please Note: If you want to receive your order within 2-5 working days, we are able to ship your order by DHL, nevertheless, it is buyer responsibility to cover shipping cost.

If the item is broken or not working properly, you have up to 7 working days to contact us (in other instances the money will be not refunded). If you would like to return an item, please send us email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond with the return address and an identifying number for you to enclose with the returned item.
Please note: If you do not send email within 7 working days after your receive order, we will not be able to process your return.
We will process your refund through PayPal after receiving the items providing they are unused and in a saleable condition.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the received item is defective or not working.
Please note: buyer must send order back to GPSWOX via a postal service, which have tracking function.
All returned items will be subject to inspection. Full refund is only processed for buyers, which return items unused and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, if return is received in not saleable condition and packaging will be broken, you will be charged 20% of the retail price of the item.
